📋 Description Draft, review, and negotiate production, content, distribution, and sponsorship agreements. Support business and production teams by identifying legal risks and mitigation strategies. Conduct legal research and deliver clear, actionable guidance to leadership. Manage diverse legal projects, oversee contract workflows, and maintain legal databases. Support incident management and disputes with litigation specialists. Prepare and update internal templates, legal guides, and training materials. 🎯 Requirements US or UK qualified lawyer with 4+ PQE in-house in experience economy or live production. Solution-oriented and strategic thinker with strong business judgment. Native or bilingual English; additional languages a plus. Able to own and prioritize resources for time-sensitive projects.
