📋 Description Verifies test requisitions against nursing logs. Verifies patient identification prior to collection. Obtains blood specimens by venipuncture and finger sticks. Maintains specimen integrity with aseptic technique and procedures. Tracks specimens with initials, dates, and collection times. Maintains QA logs and reports changes as needed. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience. BS/BA degree (preferred). High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
