📋 Description Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close with on-time delivery Prepare and review financial statements and investor reporting Own the general ledger; manage journal entries and reconciliations Develop and enforce internal controls for audit readiness Coordinate with external auditors and pack documentation Manage and grow a team of at least two direct reports 🎯 Requirements 5+ years progressive accounting experience including full close 2+ years managing direct reports in accounting/finance Bachelor's in Accounting, Business Admin, or related; CPA preferred M&A experience is a plus Hands-on NetSuite or similar ERP experience Strong written and verbal communication across functions
