📋 Description Partner with CS, Product, Eng, and customers for solid, launch-ready implementations. Lead onboarding from post-sale to production launch. Configure integrations, workflows, call routing, IVRs, telephony in health-tech. Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions. Manage testing, QA, and go-live readiness. Build docs, guides, and playbooks for future deployments. 🎯 Requirements 3-7+ years in technical implementation or related roles. Hands-on configuration for integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data mappings. Experience owning projects from discovery through production launch. Strong troubleshooting to isolate and resolve complex issues. Excellent written documentation and communication skills. Builder mindset—creating scalable processes.
