Talent Specialist - Retail (Temp - Fixed Term Contract)

📋 Description Coordinate end-to-end hiring for new store openings. Organize high-volume assessment centres and hiring events. Partner with Retail Leadership to plan hiring timelines and workforce. Manage event logistics: venue, communications, schedules. Build talent pipelines and support large seasonal recruitment. Monitor hiring metrics and act as main contact during events. 🎯 Requirements 1-2+ years in recruiting, coordination, TA, HR, or retail ops. Experience in retail hiring or customer-facing roles valued. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Experience with ATS (Greenhouse a plus). Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or sourcing tools. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
