Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA (HRBP)

📋 Description Manage end-to-end exits for Remote's external employees across jurisdictions. Provide first-line Employee Relations support and workplace guidance. Lead meetings on terminations and separations with clients. Ensure legal compliance and accurate offboarding records. Contribute to Lifecycle initiatives, process improvements, and automation. Work in a fast-paced, async, remote, international team. 🎯 Requirements HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle coverage. Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance. Interpret HR instruments, analyze issues, and advise clients. Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
