📋 Description Build internal AI harness connecting LLMs to Float's SaaS stack. Ship background agents that execute multi-step workflows. Create the skills-sharing layer: registry, templates, and paved-road patterns. Embed with teams across Float to map workflows and turn ambiguous business problems into shipped systems. Make it measurable: define eval frameworks, instrument agent performance, show AI unit economics. Own governance with security and data privacy guardrails, access control, and audit trails. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of software engineering, building internal platforms. 1-2+ years hands-on experience building LLM-powered systems in production. Strong Python and/or TypeScript production coding skills. Deep knowledge of agentic systems: tool use, orchestration, memory, async patterns. An eval-first mindset: define success metrics, instrument observability, guardrails, and costs.
