Communicate financial results clearly to non-finance stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in finance/accounting; FP&A, reporting, internal controls. 5+ years leading multi-entity/regional finance teams; JVs/M&A a plus. Bachelor in Finance/Accounting; Master's or CPA/CMA preferred. Strong accounting knowledge; Sales/Operations Finance and audit liaison experience. Consolidation and financial reporting expertise in group/large corporates. Thrives in high-growth environments; proactive, scalable leader.
