📋 Description Primary focus on PCSM: initial cloning and continuous change capture. Ensure correctness and fault tolerance at scale across failures. Support sharded clusters, namespace filtering, and index management. Optimize performance: parallel cloning, backpressure, memory efficiency. Build and maintain CLI and HTTP API; instrument with metrics/logs. Collaborate openly; contributions via PRs and JIRA; open source ethos. 🎯 Requirements Strong Go production experience; concurrency via goroutines/channels/context. MongoDB knowledge: change streams, oplog, replica sets, sharding. Experience building CLIs and HTTP APIs; observability with metrics/logs. Distributed systems fundamentals: exactly-once vs at-least-once, idempotency, resumability. Open source collaboration: Git, PRs, Jira; clear written communication.
