📋 Description Oversee JV financial operations for large-scale real estate investments. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash management, capital accounts, and debt compliance for JV structures. Coordinate investor reporting and acquisition/disposition accounting. Review property-level accounting for GAAP and investor compliance. Manage capital accounts, investment tranches, and distribution waterfall calculations. Hybrid work arrangement with flexibility to discuss during interview. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5-7 years progressive accounting, 3+ years in real estate or private equity JV. CPA preferred, not required. Strong GAAP and JV accounting knowledge. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or similar systems; strong analytics.
