📋 Description Provide therapy to a small group of students with emotional/behavioral challenges. Collaborate with school staff and families to create safe, trauma-informed environments. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy per ESS trauma-informed model. Coordinate care and referrals to community services. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in regular meetings. Engage families through programs and parent support groups. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years with children/adolescents facing behavioral or emotional challenges. Active CA license (ASW/AMFT/APCC or LCSW/LMFT/LPCC). Experience in school-based or youth mental health settings preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
