📋 Description Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation. Work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges. Build relationships with customers' engineering teams to ensure integration and adoption. Listen to feedback and advocate for customer needs with the team. Use customer insights to guide the product roadmap. 🎯 Requirements Fluency in English and Portuguese Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment Track record of exceptional performance in academics, athletics, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits Self-directed; able to work without micromanagement Willingness to travel 25–50% Advanced in Python or TypeScript; experience writing real software systems
