Functional Support Specialist - HR/Payroll

📋 Description Provide timely and accurate response to customer requests. Analyze customer issues and requirements and facilitate solutions. Analyze business requirements and tailor software solutions using FreeBalance software. Learn and understand clients’ environment and assist in maximizing product use. Act as primary support contact during deployment and post-implementation. Collaboratively develop and deliver functional training to clients. 🎯 Requirements University degree in Accounting or related field with payroll and financial management experience. Minimum 4 years of Payroll experience and familiarity with HR systems. HR or Financial designation (e.g., PCP, CPM, CMA, CGA) and ERP firm experience is an asset. 3+ years of ERP software implementation experience (desirable). Experience with ANSI SQL scripts and Jaspersoft iReports / Crystal Reports tools is a Plus. Previous working experience with Governments is considered an asset.
