📋 Description Provide day-to-day legal counsel across Zeta's banking stack. Advise product/engineering on regulatory implications of platform features. Draft/review/negotiatе bank, network, licensing, BNPL agreements. Structure co-branding, partnerships, and card program agreements. Draft/payments-related credit lines, BNPL, and lending paperwork. Broader legal support across corporate, commercial, employment, IP matters. 🎯 Requirements LLB or equivalent; eligible to practice in India; LLM a plus. 9–12 years post-qualification in banking/finance law at top firms. Experience with digital lending, cards, payments, fintech regulation. Strong drafting/negotiation across commercial, tech, financial services.
