Lead Engineer - AI Enablement

📋 Description Build, lead, and grow the AI Enablement crew; set direction and deliverables. Own internal AI tooling architecture: agents, frameworks, knowledge bases, integrations. Deliver AI solutions across functions from discovery to deployment and iteration. Drive AI software factory; codify standards into rules and agents. Establish security guardrails and responsible-AI practices for core systems. Stay hands-on; design, build, and ship critical platform components. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in software engineering, designing and operating production systems. Strong Python and/or Golang skills (other JVM languages considered). Security, access control, and data privacy in AI systems. Experience leading engineering projects as tech lead or manager.
