R&D Team Leader

📋 Description Lead a 6–8 member R&D team on large-scale systems. Oversee multiple complex projects from design to production release. Identify and mitigate risks; drive stakeholders to deliver on time. Make technical decisions aligning engineering with business impact. 🎯 Requirements 3–4 years of tech leadership plus 10–12+ years hands-on software engineering. Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, and influence engineers. Deep expertise in Java, Spring, Maven, and related frameworks. Hands-on Go (Golang) experience is a strong plus. Experience with AI-assisted development across the SDLC. Strong background in scalable, low-latency distributed systems.
