Experience leading technical direction of a workstream. E-commerce order management, inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience. Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, data modeling, databases, distributed systems. Experience with AWS and cloud-native service design; event-driven architectures. Ability to mentor engineers and review designs without formal authority.
