📋 Description Show initiative in developing new methods to ensure high-quality products and efficiency. Evaluate technical feasibility and understand suppliers capabilities and limitations. Take ownership of sourcing and cost management for existing platforms and new products. Manage cost with should-cost models for competitive analysis and cost reduction. Liaise with Supply Chain and Engineering for supplier down-selection during NPI and cost targets. Manage supply base from concept to end of life to ensure on-time delivery. 🎯 Requirements Advanced degree + 3+ yrs in engineering, purchasing, or MPP; or 5+ yrs with BA. 9+ years experience in engineering, purchasing, MPP, manufacturing, or related fields. Ability to manage external suppliers globally. Experience in technical procurement, product development, NPI, and manufacturing. Proven track record negotiating pricing and driving results.
