📋 Description Identify and champion high-impact AI projects aligned with JetBrains product strategy. Lead a ~50-person team across AI initiatives, including ML engineers and MLOps. Set the ML roadmap and translate AI advances into product innovations. Ensure projects deliver on commitments and measurable value. Establish technical standards, architecture direction, and best practices for ML development. Collaborate with AI-native and integrated AI product teams across the company. 🎯 Requirements Balance long-term R&D with short-term product needs. Track record shipping production ML systems used by users. Experience building business cases for technical projects. Deep understanding of ML infrastructure, LLMs, and AI tooling.
