Full-Time Licensed Therapist- Maryland

📋 Description Carry a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week via telehealth Work mostly weekday afternoons/evenings (2–9 PM); weekend availability a plus Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists Maintain timely documentation in our EHR Support families with education and care coordination 🎯 Requirements Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or family counseling Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C Experience with children, teens, and families Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Strong tech skills; Zoom, GSuite, EHRs Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice 🎁 Benefits $65/billable hour - LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT (independently licensed) Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with 3% company match PTO $300 annual CEU reimbursement Administrative support from our experienced Care Coordinators
