📋 Description Lead pursuit process for emerging business lines and build pipeline. Act as capture manager for new prospects; drive go/no-go decisions. Steer opportunities through risk management and execution. Oversee PM across Transmission Line, Power, Underground & Distribution, Substation. Build project execution teams and collaborate across regional Power activities. Ensure MEC quality control procedures and align with schedules and budgets. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Eng, business, or related field. 8 years in consulting, preferably in transmission & distribution. PMP license preferred; PE license preferred. Strong client relationships and business development skills. Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar PM software.
