📋 Description Financial reporting for multiple real estate properties. Maintain general ledger; reconcile accounts; assist close. Monthly account reconciliations; investigate discrepancies. Budgeting and forecasting; variance analysis. Property accounting: track expenses, capex, rent, deposits. Month-end and year-end close: journal entries, accruals, reports. 🎯 Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years in accounting; real estate or investment firms. Proficiency with real estate software: Yardi, MRI, RealPage. AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT. Excel advanced skills; MS Office. Understanding US GAAP and real estate accounting. Nice to have: CPA or equivalent, Big 4 experience.
