📋 Description Work with insurance companies to obtain medication approvals. Use pharmacy systems to enter data, run test claims, and follow up. Document patient needs, authorization status, and assistance across systems. Communicate with prescribers to ensure accurate prescriptions. Maintain detailed records of all patient interactions.
