📋 Description Serve as primary contact for contractual matters on assigned contracts. Manage post-award lifecycle: kickoff, performance, changes, closeout. Review and interpret contract terms for leadership, ops, and contractors. Draft, negotiate, and execute modifications with the government KO. Monitor funding levels and notify to prevent Anti-Deficiency Act exposure. Maintain auditable files and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance. 🎯 Requirements Deep knowledge of FAR and DFARS, including common clauses. Interpret and advise on complex terms in fast-paced environments. Experience with FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, IDIQ, and BPA lifecycles. Proficient with Deltek Costpoint, JAMIS, and WAWF. Strong financial acumen: read funding documents and SF-30/SF-1034. Familiar with DCAA audits, ICS, and CPSR processes.
