📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated territories. Perform thorough evaluations to assess and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues. Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals. Continually assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians. Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet. 🎯 Requirements NJ Speech-Language Pathologist license. ASHA CCC or equivalent; awaiting exam.
