📋 Description Own the M&A process end-to-end: sourcing, diligence, structuring, close. Lead end-to-end fundraising; manage data rooms and investor materials. Build and maintain a live pipeline of targets aligned to Paxos priorities. Conduct market diligence and build rigorous financial models and memos. Partner with the executive team; translate market insights into recommendations. Scale Paxos Ventures: establish repeatable deal sourcing and integration. 🎯 Requirements Demonstrated track record of executing M&A or investment transactions. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Proven ability to own fundraising end-to-end (workstreams, materials, investor relations). Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or fintech is a plus. 7+ years of work experience.
