📋 Description Lead, coach, and grow a team of IT engineers; manage onboarding. Own delivery of IT work across support, security, and infrastructure; unblock the team. Set the IT roadmap for 12-18 months; drive automation initiatives. Partner with Security, Corporate Engineering, People Ops, and Office Management to deliver IT outcomes. Ensure onsite and remote IT support across locations; manage devices and A/V systems. Represent IT to leadership; translate the team's work into business impact and strategy. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in IT support, systems, and similar roles with leadership experience. Coaching and developing engineers; set expectations and give feedback. Strong experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and access management. Solid troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues. Experience with development languages to support automation.
