Engagement Coordinator

📋 Description Conduct Engagement assessments to determine social and therapeutic needs and goals. Develop an Engagement Program with activities and outings. Implement and supervise all Engagement activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment. Post a monthly calendar of engagement activities. Cultivate relationships with outside organizations for program support. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. Activity Professional Certification required; 3 years experience may substitute. 2 years in social/recreational or educational programs; 1 year in health care/mental health with frail elderly. Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days; certification on hire preferred. 🎁 Benefits Work-life balance with 17 PTO days, 12 holidays, 6 sick days.
