Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner- Maryland

📋 Description Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and formulate diagnoses Develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients and families Prescribe and manage psychotropic meds, monitor effectiveness, adjust as needed Provide brief supportive interventions and psychoeducation alongside med management Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators in regular case reviews Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR 🎯 Requirements Active Maryland PMHNP license (multi-state/compact preferred) PMHNP-BC board certification Active DEA license Master's or Doctorate from an accredited PMHNP program Experience with or strong interest in working with youth and families Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment 🎁 Benefits Competitive fee-for-service per-session pay 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision (for eligible team members) PTO based on employment status CEU reimbursement Clinical mentorship and case consultation — new graduates are welcome
