Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description Design, implement, and maintain production services across multiple infrastructure projects Participate in architectural discussions and challenge trade-offs Collaborate with SREs on infrastructure and operational decisions Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code Respond to production incidents and contribute to their resolution Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience on large-scale systems Strong proficiency in Go, Rust, or Scala, with willingness to work across all three Proven experience with large databases (schema design, query optimization, scale) Direct experience in production incident management: support rotations, war rooms Hands-on experience with DevOps/SRE tooling: Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD Strong understanding of fault-tolerance, observability, scalability, and reliability in distributed systems 🎁 Benefits Variable bonus; The dynamic and creative environment within international teams; The variety of self-education courses on our e-learning platform; Participation in meetups and conferences locally and internationally; Flexible Office with up to 2 days at home.
