📋 Description Design and ship AI systems (RAG, agents, LLMs) from prototype to production. Make principled prompts vs fine-tuning decisions; explain tradeoffs. Instrument and evaluate models; implement guardrails for real-world use. Own deployment, monitoring, latency, and cost optimization; ensure reliability. Contribute across backend and frontend to ship AI-powered experiences. Partner with product/design; stay current on ML research and tooling. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered systems (RAG, agents). Strong system-design depth: architecture, failure modes, tradeoffs. Experience owning quality beyond features; improve shared infra. Strong model-evaluation skills: evaluation, guardrails, bias-variance. Solid knowledge of transformers and diffusion models; know when to apply.
