Manager, Legal Engineering (Product Specialists)

📋 Description Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineer – Product Specialists. Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across Harvey’s global customer base. Oversee customer engagement across implementation, onboarding and enablement. Act as a senior escalation point for key accounts with partners and leadership. Own team operations, capacity and performance metrics for scalable support. Partner cross-functionally to shape product strategy and customer narrative. 🎯 Requirements Australian practising certificate with 7+ years PQE at a top-tier firm or in-house. Experience managing or mentoring a team and developing talent. Deep familiarity with legal tech and AI tools. Strong commercial instincts to engage senior stakeholders.
