📋 Description Build Neki, the sharded Postgres project. Design and implement core systems powering PlanetScale. Collaborate with engineers to solve distributed systems challenges. Work independently with autonomy to solve engineering and business problems. Engage with customers to translate needs into robust solutions. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in backend systems, DB engines, or query planning. Strong Go skills; plus Python or C++. Experience developing PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other DBs. Experience building/operating distributed systems at scale.
