📋 Description Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts (MSAs, CDAs, licenses) Maintain and optimize the CLM platform with AI-assisted drafting Pilot AI tools to reduce cycle times with human-in-the-loop oversight Use contract data and AI analytics to inform playbooks Define and communicate contract risks to stakeholders Manage contract workflow and improve processes across the team 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree and 5+ years drafting/negotiating life sciences contracts In-house biotech/life sciences experience preferred Experience with MSAs, CDAs, software licenses, data agreements Interest in AI-enabled legal tech and CLM automation Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action Strong communication, organization, and deadline management 🎁 Benefits Open, flexible, and friendly work environment Equal opportunity employer with diverse team Summary of benefits available to all applicants Equity and benefits package
