Senior Back-end engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and evolve server-side applications and APIs. Lead complex integrations with external partners, esp. EHR systems. Continuously improve back-end architecture and developer experience. Guide architectural discussions and influence long-term technical decisions. Collaborate with ML, Product, and Front-End teams to deliver end-to-end features. Mentor junior engineers and scale the engineering culture. 🎯 Requirements Strong foundations in computer science or a related discipline. Senior-level back-end experience in production-critical environments. Proficient in back-end languages like Java, Kotlin, C++, or Python. Designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs and distributed systems (GraphQL/OpenAPI a plus). Able to drive architectural decisions and technical strategy. Write clean, maintainable code with high software quality standards. Clear English communication.
