📋 Description Design and build a control plane to provision Postgres clusters with minimal downtime. Build high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection for failures. Tune Postgres to operate at scale for large, demanding workloads. Build tooling for database operations, backups, restore, migrations, and on-call. Work with customers to translate workloads into platform improvements. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in software engineering designing and supporting large-scale systems. Strong Go proficiency; experience with Ruby, Python, Zig, or Rust. Experience building and maintaining distributed, fault-tolerant services. Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containers.
