📋 Description Own annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range planning. Build and maintain consolidated operating model and driver-based financials. Partner with department leads to manage budgets and drive efficiency. Lead monthly close reviews; analyze variances for execs. Track SaaS KPIs such as ARR, NRR, CAC payback, margins. Prepare Board/investor/exec materials and run scenario planning. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in FP&A/strategic finance or related, in high-growth software. Expert financial modeling: dynamic, driver-based, auditable. Deep fluency in SaaS metrics and unit economics. Strong GAAP understanding; connects to FP&A outputs. Demonstrated business partnership with non-finance leaders.
