📋 Description Design, build, and own Voice/Text AI systems across calls, SMS, and email. Craft system prompts to shape agent behavior and outcomes. Develop tool-calling integrations for safe, real-world actions. Build LLM-based evaluations and AI observability with telemetry and dashboards. Partner with product and design to balance user needs and business goals. Apply industry-standard engineering practices: reviews, CI/CD, docs. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on with LLMs in production: prompts, tool calls, evals. Backend experience in Elixir/Go/Python and willingness to learn. Comfort across stack: data models, LLM/agent logic, APIs. Proven track record leading projects from spec to launch.
