📋 Description Review, draft and negotiate customer and supplier agreements using templates. Partner with stakeholders to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice. Build relationships with Commercial, Product and Marketing to navigate legal risk. Communicate legal advice clearly, balancing opportunities with risk management. Support gaming regulation licensing and regulatory initiatives across jurisdictions. Develop and maintain templates and playbooks to improve efficiency. 🎯 Requirements Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with ~1-3 years PQE. Strong grounding in commercial law; experience drafting and negotiating agreements. Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex concepts clearly. Commercial mindset balancing risk with pragmatic business solutions. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
