📋 Description Build a next-gen AI-powered platform for spec-driven development. Own platform end-to-end from architecture to rollout. Evaluate AI SDLC frameworks and decide adopt vs build. Partner with DevOps to wire the platform into CI/CD and Kubernetes. Collaborate with ML Engineering on model context and guardrails. Drive org-wide adoption with docs, training, and metrics. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years in platform engineering or developer experience. Hands-on build or drive adoption of a dev platform across org. Working knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Python. Track record of internal tools/platform adoption.
