📋 Description Lead Protein Analytics & Biophysics across design-build-test-learn cycle. Define next-gen biophysical, developability, and PPI measurement platforms. Scale high-throughput miniaturized assays; integrate microfluidics and barcodes. Partner with prototyping, technology, data science, ML, biology, and ops. Build and mentor leaders; foster inclusive, accountable culture. Translate scientific strategy into robust, production-ready capabilities. 🎯 Requirements Ph.D. in Biophysics, Biochemistry, or related field; or equivalent experience. 12+ years in biopharma with leadership in protein analytics and developability. Proven track record scaling novel assay platforms (microfluidics, multiplexed, barcodes). Deep expertise in HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, DLS, SEC-MALS, SPR/BLI. Strong quantitative mindset with data quality, statistics, and modeling.
