📋 Description Lead month-end close; review GL, P&L, and balance sheet. Manage daily accounting ops and financial reporting. Ensure timely GAAP-compliant statements and policy alignment. Reconcile inventory with supply chain; oversee COGS and valuation. Process cash disbursements/receipts; oversee tax filings. Lead 2-3 person accounting team; partner with Controller on budgeting. 🎯 Requirements 7-10 years of accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent. Strong knowledge of GAAP. Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook skills. Experience with NetSuite. Apparel/manufacturing industry preferred. Innovative thinker; proactive problem-solver.
