📋 Description Provide front-line help desk support for the property management system Lead property database migrations (Entrata-to-Entrata transitions) Perform data updates during migrations (unit/building renumbering, renaming amenities) Maintain data accuracy across databases during and after migration Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues Adapt to shifting priorities between migrations and ongoing support 🎯 Requirements Experience in a help desk, technical, or business apps support role Experience with Entrata or Yardi (Entrata experience a strong plus) Detail-oriented with structured data/database work Manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable learning new software systems quickly 🎁 Benefits Remote work (100% remote) Paid time off HMO health coverage
