Member of Technical Staff, Custody (Backend Engineer)

📋 Description Participate in breakdown, estimation, design, implementation, and maintenance of Custody systems. Write, review, test, and document code according to Anchorage's engineering standards and practices. Tackle complex, ambiguous problems and formulate elegant, practical solutions. Review other developers' code to ensure consistency and share context across the team. Lead or significantly contribute to medium-to-large projects across teams with minimal oversight. Foster an efficient deterministic testing culture and minimize technical debt. 🎯 Requirements Real-world experience building complex distributed systems; Go preferred.
