Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description Design onboarding, product adoption, certifications, workshops, and self-paced learning. Work with product managers and SMEs to extract expertise into structured learning. Guide AI to generate first drafts of lessons, labs, quizzes, and assessments. Create prompting frameworks and reusable templates that improve AI-generated content quality. Review and refine AI-generated learning for technical accuracy and learner impact. Define learning standards, instructional patterns, and quality guidelines across DevRevU. 🎯 Requirements 3-6 years in instructional design, curriculum development, or customer education. Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles. Excellent writing and editing skills. Experience with generative AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT. Ability to structure ambiguous information into clear learning journeys. Comfortable collaborating with engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams.
