📋 Description Design and scale QA/test automation for the AI-native platform. Own automation framework; ensure deterministic, reusable tests. Apply AI and agents to accelerate test generation and coverage. Shift-left testing with engineering, product, and DevOps teams. Build tests for performance, reliability, and UX. Maintain traceability between features, tests, and coverage. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years building customer-facing products Proficiency in writing maintainable code in at least one language Built automation framework from scratch with CI/CD integration Strong testing methodologies, planning, and strategy Experience with Git, GitHub, CircleCI and AWS/GCP UI/API testing with Playwright and Ginkgo 🎁 Benefits People management skills (direct or indirect) Experience validating AI systems including Agents
