📋 Description Facilitate loan applications and collect documentation (credit reports, DU/LP/AUS). Coordinate discussions between Loan Originator, partners, and clients through loan lifecycle. Promote Envoy's products to agents/buyers and track follow-ups. Assist processors by researching scenarios against underwriting guidelines. Manage pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse loans. Enter applications into LOS and assign to the Originator/LOA. 🎯 Requirements 3 to 5+ years' experience in loan origination/processing roles. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus. Knowledge of DU/DO, LP, AUS, LOS; Encompass experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong understanding of conventional/FHA/VA/USDA/203K and reverse mortgages. Availability to work CST/EST hours preferred. 🎁 Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) plan
