Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot to boost productivity. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent. 8+ years in Product Design/UX, incl. 3+ years leading teams. Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and stakeholders to define strategy. Experience leading teams through ambiguity and delivering measurable outcomes. Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, systems thinking.
