📋 Description Design, optimize, and implement HTS-compatible assays with automation. Execute plate-based HTS campaigns; analyze results. Communicate findings to teams to support AI/ML-driven design cycles. Support multiple programs across ion channel, GPCR, and ADC assays. Learn and apply new assay technologies with senior guidance. Troubleshoot assay performance and instrument issues as needed. 🎯 Requirements PhD in biology-related field or MSc with 4+ yrs experience; BSc with 6+ yrs. Hands-on experience with cell-based or biochemical assays. Strong foundation in mammalian cell culture and plate-based workflows. Experience with ELISA, HTRF, AlphaLISA, and flow cytometry.
