📋 Description Lead FP&A processes with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Partner across teams to drive financial performance and investor materials Build scalable budgeting, forecasting, and workflows for data accuracy Deliver investor-facing materials and board-ready reporting Improve data visibility and efficiency across finance operations Support owned retail performance tracking and store-level P&L 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field 1-3 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles Prior experience in DTC, wholesale, or consumer goods preferred Strong P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; large datasets Ability to translate data into clear insights for senior leaders 🎁 Benefits Healthcare: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision Retirement: 401(k) with company match PTO: 15 days PTO, 11 holidays and sick leave Incentives: Performance-based bonus eligibility and equity if applicable
